How does the subscription work?

You choose Launch, Growth, or Premium. We complete setup, launch your website, then manage updates and support on an ongoing basis. Every plan has clear per-quarter inclusions, response windows, and scope limits so expectations stay clear on both sides.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Launch setup is $499, Growth is $1,250, and Premium is $2,000. Setup includes strategy, design, build, forms, basic SEO setup, analytics setup, launch QA, and go-live configuration.

Is there a minimum term?

No. All plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. There are no long-term contracts or early termination fees. The one-time setup fee covers your initial design and build.

How quickly can we get started?

Most projects kick off within a few days of signing up. The initial website design and build typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and your plan tier. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront.

What if I already have a website?

No problem at all. We can refresh, redesign, or completely rebuild your existing site depending on what makes sense. During the consultation, we'll evaluate what you have and recommend the best path forward — whether that's a full rebuild or a strategic update.

Do you use templates?

No. Every website we build is designed from scratch for your specific business. We don't use generic templates or cookie-cutter layouts. Your site will be uniquely yours — tailored to your brand, your industry, and your customers.

Can I see my site before it goes live?

Absolutely. We share your design for review and revisions before anything goes live. You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback and approve the final version. We don't launch until you're happy.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes, always. Every website we build is fully responsive — meaning it looks and works great on phones, tablets, and desktops. Mobile performance is a priority in every project.

Do you provide hosting?

Yes. Managed hosting and SSL are included in every plan. We handle hosting configuration, SSL management, security updates, and uptime monitoring.

What about domain names?

You keep full ownership of your domain. If you already have one, we use it. If you need one, we'll help you buy it. Domain registration is paid by you, and we manage DNS setup and technical configuration.

How do backups work?

Backups are plan-based: Growth gets monthly backup checks with 3-month retention, and Premium gets weekly with 6-month retention. Launch does not include scheduled backups. If recovery is needed, we handle restore support through our support queue.

Security is built into every plan. We handle SSL certificates, security patches, plugin updates, and malware monitoring. We proactively manage your site's security so you don't have to worry about it.

What counts as a small content update?

A small content update is one objective on one existing page, completed in up to 20 minutes — for example a text edit, image swap, hours change, or a promo banner on an existing section. Growth and Premium include unlimited self-serve edits in the portal. New pages, redesigns, rebrands, and advanced integrations are larger, separately quoted work.

Can you help with booking forms and lead capture?

Yes — this is one of our most popular features. Depending on your plan, we can integrate booking systems, contact forms, quote request workflows, lead capture forms, and even CRM connections directly into your site.

How fast is your support response time?

Support runs Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm ET. Launch responses are within 2 business days. Growth responses are within 1 business day. Premium responses are same business day.

Can I request changes anytime?

Yes. On Growth and Premium you can make unlimited small edits yourself in the portal anytime. You can also request EF-managed changes by email or support channel — each plan includes a set number of EF-managed updates per quarter, and any larger work is quoted and approved before it starts.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. Your site stays active through the end of your current billing period. There are no early termination fees or penalties.
