We want you to feel confident before you start. Here are detailed answers to the questions small business owners ask most.
Your reviews get people interested — then 54% of them go looking for your website next (BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey, 2026). And the way people search is changing fast: the share of consumers asking AI tools like ChatGPT for local business recommendations jumped from 6% to 45% in a single year (BrightLocal, 2026). AI recommends businesses it can read. A website is what makes that possible.
Word of mouth still works — it just moved online. When someone recommends you, the next thing they usually do is look you up (98% of people research a business online before using it, per BrightLocal). Your reviews already pass the test. A website is what makes sure that search doesn't end in nothing.
It means your site is built so AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews can actually read and recommend your business — not just traditional search. Adoption of AI-based local search jumped from 6% to 45% of consumers in one year (BrightLocal, 2026), and a business with no website has almost nothing for those tools to read.
A one-time build gets you a site the day it launches — and nothing after that. Every Experience Flows plan is a managed relationship: hosting, updates, local SEO, and support are ongoing, not a one-time handoff. If you'd rather own a one-time build, we're probably not the right fit — most of our clients want the website to just keep working without them thinking about it.
Self-serve starts at $149 flat, with an AI-built starter site you can be live with in minutes, then edit yourself. Full-service setup (we build it for you) starts at $499. Either way, there's no five-figure agency invoice.
Sí — hablamos español. We work with bilingual English/Español business owners across Passaic and Bergen County, and can build your site in both languages.
Wix and Squarespace hand you a builder and leave the rest to you — design, SEO, updates, hosting decisions. We do the work: design, hosting, local SEO, and ongoing management are all included and handled by us, not left as a to-do list for you.
About a fifth of your Google Maps ranking comes from signals only a website can send (local-SEO expert consensus, Whitespark 2026). Ranking well today doesn't mean you're capturing all of that — it's ranking room a competitor with a website can still claim instead of you.
You choose Launch, Growth, or Premium. We complete setup, launch your website, then manage updates and support on an ongoing basis. Every plan has clear per-quarter inclusions, response windows, and scope limits so expectations stay clear on both sides.
For full-service setup (we build it for you), yes: Launch is $499, Growth is $1,250, and Premium is $2,000, including strategy, design, build, forms, basic SEO setup, analytics setup, launch QA, and go-live configuration. Prefer to launch it yourself? Self-serve starts at $149 with an AI-built starter site.
No. All plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. There are no long-term contracts or early termination fees. The one-time setup fee covers your initial design and build.
Most projects kick off within a few days of signing up. The initial website design and build typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and your plan tier. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront.
No problem at all. We can refresh, redesign, or completely rebuild your existing site depending on what makes sense. During the consultation, we'll evaluate what you have and recommend the best path forward — whether that's a full rebuild or a strategic update.
No. Every website we build is designed from scratch for your specific business. We don't use generic templates or cookie-cutter layouts. Your site will be uniquely yours — tailored to your brand, your industry, and your customers.

Yes. Managed hosting and SSL are included in every plan. We handle hosting configuration, SSL management, security updates, and uptime monitoring.
You keep full ownership of your domain. If you already have one, we use it. If you need one, we'll help you buy it. Domain registration is paid by you, and we manage DNS setup and technical configuration.
Backups are plan-based: Growth gets monthly backup checks with 3-month retention, and Premium gets weekly with 6-month retention. Launch does not include scheduled backups. If recovery is needed, we handle restore support through our support queue.
Security is built into every plan. We handle SSL certificates, security patches, plugin updates, and malware monitoring. We proactively manage your site's security so you don't have to worry about it.
A small content update is one objective on one existing page, completed in up to 20 minutes — for example a text edit, image swap, hours change, or a promo banner on an existing section. Growth and Premium include unlimited self-serve edits in the portal. New pages, redesigns, rebrands, and advanced integrations are larger, separately quoted work.
Yes — this is one of our most popular features. Depending on your plan, we can integrate booking systems, contact forms, quote request workflows, lead capture forms, and even CRM connections directly into your site.
Support runs Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm ET. Launch responses are within 2 business days. Growth responses are within 1 business day. Premium responses are same business day.
Yes. On Growth and Premium you can make unlimited small edits yourself in the portal anytime. You can also request EF-managed changes by email or support channel — each plan includes a set number of EF-managed updates per quarter, and any larger work is quoted and approved before it starts.
