A small content update is one objective on one existing page, completed in up to 20 minutes — for example a text edit, image swap, hours update, or a promo banner on a section you already have. On Growth and Premium you can make unlimited small edits yourself in the portal. New pages, redesigns, rebrands, and advanced integrations are larger work and are quoted separately.
Support runs during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm ET). Launch responses are within 2 business days, Growth responses are within 1 business day, and Premium responses are same business day.
Growth and Premium include unlimited self-serve edits you make yourself in the portal. Each plan also includes a set number of EF-managed updates per quarter — Launch 1, Growth 2 small plus 1 feature update, Premium 4 small plus 2 feature updates — and unused allowances do not roll over. Work beyond your included scope is always quoted and approved before we start, beginning at $135/hour or as a fixed add-on.
Yes. If your request is outside plan scope — like a new page, a larger redesign, or an advanced integration — we'll send a clear quote first. No surprise charges.
